Wellness In The Workplace

  • Co-ordination of service providers- select and brief providers on appropriate interventions and the delivery of appropriate services based on needs.

  • Comprehensive health risk appraisals - these are much more than a simple medical examination, covering blood analysis, cholesterol measure, lifestyle habits and behaviour assessment, and health habit analysis.
  • Group and individual health appraisal reports - provided to both participants (on a confidential basis) and management by group or industry sector.
  • Staff educational seminars, workshops and clinics, to inform staff on topics such as diet, nutrition, fitness and exercise, stress management, ergonomics, relationships, and back care.
  • Ongoing monitoring and reassessment to build a company "health profile" - to track improvements and changes, and to identify potential high risk sectors or individuals.
