Specialised Service
Wellnz provides Specialised Services to help you manage your people – for areas such as wellbeing support, return to work support or early intervention.
We are an experienced team of case management professionals, with expertise that spans beyond injury management alone. Our case managers come from varying backgrounds whether it be clinical, case management, mental health, health & safety or those who have been educated in psychology, medical or injury management related disciplines.
The goal with the Specialised Services is to provide a variety of wellbeing solutions that match the diverse needs of your people; these are including but not limited to:
- Return to work support following illness or other non-injury factors
- Planning and referral of support services for mental health related difficulties
- Team wellbeing support – clinical debrief sessions, psychological support
- Absenteeism management
- Early intervention
